Model Home Design

We designed our model home, aptly named "Casual Elegance", to evoke the laid-back atmosphere we associate with the Florida lifestyle. We designed every inch of this model home, from the trim, to the selection of colors, furniture, cabinets and fixtures. We loaded this 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2700 sq ft model home with specialty features like custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, bamboo flooring and tile flooring, a pool and spa with a water feature - even a coffee bar with small refrigerator integrated into the master bathroom. Although we primarily design and build custom homes, this model home is a perfect example of the quality of workmanship and attention to detail we pour into every home we construct.
